RETURN INFORMATION
You can carry out the exchange and return transactions of the products you purchase from our website easily and comfortably.
Any problems you may have with regard to the products you purchase are meticulously evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
You can find below the necessary conditions for us to serve you better and faster about product returns; Product returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.
You can send the products you bought from our website to our company for exchange and return process through our stores or through our contracted cargo company.
CHANGE AND RETURN IN THE STORE:
You can change the products you purchase from our stores within the legal return period. The products must be undamaged and all accessories must be complete.
For product return or exchange, the Product Invoice must be delivered to our store.
No prepaid refund or exchange is made.
Your changes made in the store are examined by HORİYAH ALQARAAWİ store official and the process is started if it meets the above conditions.
For the return of the campaign products, all the products included in the campaign must be returned together. Otherwise, no refund is possible.
When orders made by wire transfer are returned to the store, no refunds are made from our stores. In this case, our head office makes Money / EFT money transfer transactions to our customers' bank account.
Wire transfer / EFT refunds (three) will be made within 3 business days, Credit Card refunds (seven) will be made within 7 business days.
Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this case, our company has no savings and you need to call your bank's credit card service.
Change from the store is only done in HORİYAH ALQARAAWİ stores.
NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES REQUIRED BY RELEVANT LAWS.
You can return the product you received without opening / destroying / destroying the packaging, without using the product within the period you received within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
Return the product by filling in the return form at the bottom of the product invoice.
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received.
If there is any damage to the product, do not take the product to the cargo company.
Please note that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties.
Unpacked, used, destroyed or otherwise returned products are not accepted.
In the event that it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned to the customer at the time it was delivered to the customer, it will not return the product and will not refund the price.
In the event that the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price is returned within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches our company "if it is in accordance with the conditions of exchange and return".
